Ingredients

30mL Temptatious Tui Gin
1 tsp Manuka Honey
Alchemy & Tonic Pineapple & Jalapeño Soda
Freeze-dried boysenberry powder
Lime peel / dried pineapple

Mixing Method

Warm the honey until it's runny.
Add it to the 30mL shot of gin in a cocktail glass.
Top up with Pineapple & Jalapeño soda.
Sprinkle boysenberry powder and stir.
Garnish with fresh lime peel or dried pineapple.
