Ingredients

30ml 1919 Dry Gin
20ml Boysenberry & Bayleaf Cordial
Alchemy & Tonic Yuzu & Lemongrass Tonic
Pea Shoots / Tendrils

Mixing Method

Pour 1919 Dry Gin and Boysenberry & Bayleaf Cordial into a high ball glass.
Place cubed / block ice into the glass, and top up with Alchemy and Tonic Yuzu and Lemongrass Tonic.
Garnish with Pea Tendrils.

Bright and refreshing, led by zesty yuzu and crisp juniper. Juicy boysenberry adds a subtle tart sweetness, balanced by herbal bay leaf and soft lemongrass spice. Finishes clean, dry, and lightly green.
